Vice-President

Rick Cavanagh is the Vice President of CI Professional Services, Inc. and Terrapin Testing, Inc.  He provides the quality assurance and inspection functions related to the manufacture of building components, including sandwich panels.  He also supervises and performs extensive physical testing associated with product approvals.  Rick became involved with the sandwich panel business in the 1970’s while working for National Panel Wall as a panel laminator, and later as a lab technician performing the testing of panels.  His education and business experience as a CPA and tax consultant with international firms provide ample foundation for the day-to-day operations of both businesses.  As President of the National Patio Enclosure Association during 2000 and 2001, Rick has championed the causes of the organization while monitoring the ever-changing codes and laws affecting the industry.
