C.I. Professional Services is qualified by ICBO ES as a testing laboratory (TL-159) under the Acceptance Criteria for Laboratory Accreditation (AC98) developed by ICBO ES

Terrapin Testing, Inc. is created to provide structural testing services for pre-manufactured building components. Warren Cavanagh is named President. Rick Cavanagh is named Vice President in charge of operations.

CI Professional Services, Inc. is incorporated and names Warren Cavanagh and Rick Cavanagh as President and Vice President, respectively. The new corporation focuses on quality assurance and quality control services for the structural insulated panel and pre-manufactured building components industry.

TJC and Associates, Inc. is formed to provide engineering and consulting services to CIPS and TT clients. Gianna Zappettini and Terence Cavanagh are named President and Vice President of the new firm.

CI Professional Services is qualified by NES as a quality control agency  (NER-QA544)  to provide QA/QC Services to our national clients.

Terrapin Testing, Inc. is qualified by NES as a Testing Laboratory (NER-573)  to provide Structural Testing Services to our national clients.
