pre-manufactured building component industry. Recently incorporated, CIPS is the same
company you have trusted to support your QA/QC needs since 1977. Warren Cavanagh, P.E.,
the company’s founder, serves as President and Technical Advisor, providing you with
valuable industry knowledge and insight gained through 25 years of experience. The
addition of Rick Cavanagh,
C.P.A. as Vice President,
strengthens our ability to provide comprehensive QA/QC support. Rick brings a strong
combination of fabrication experience, structural testing, manufacturer auditing,
accounting and business administration. CIPS is fully accredited to provide quality assurance services nationwide under NER-QA544. Our thorough understanding of both product quality and code regulations assures continued structural integrity of existing products as well as expeditious approval of new products. CIPS specializes in developing, improving and monitoring quality systems for the manufacture of structural insulated panels. CIPS works in tandem with other 5CS Family Companies including Terrapin Testing, Inc. and TJC and Associates, Inc. to deliver comprehensive QA/QC, structural testing, and structural engineering services to our clients. |
